SCRUMPY CIDER

The name Scrumpy speaks for itself. Over the centuries it has been loved by some and feared by others. Most cider makers have a barrel or two tucked away in their cellar.

Named scrumpy because it was very dry, strong and cloudy. A favourite amongst farm labourers on hot dusty days in the fields.The right types of apples are put aside to make the blend, then matured for just that bit longer to produce this extra depth of flavour.

This cider has been matured in the ways of old for a taste of the past.

7.5% Dry, best served chilled
